A two day workshop and campout
Evening of Friday September 12th to evening of Sunday September 15th
This is a show-up and participate type of weekend, see where support is needed? Reach out a hand. Think generosity, abundance, gratitude, give and receive freely. Bring food enough for yourself and a little extra for someone else (2 or 3 dinners, 2 lunches, 2 breakfasts, some snacks maybe?). We will be cooking together, taking care of each other, and pooping in the woods, so be ready for that!
Day time should be nice and warm, nights are cooler so please bring sweaters and warm blankets, tent, sleeping bag as well as swimwear, a towel, a sun hat, sunscreen if thats your thing, mosquito repellent, yoga mat, an instrument perhaps, a song to share, a smaller backpack for day hikes and most importantly a journal and pen! Well, most importantly bring your hearts ablaze and ready for more.
Sadly there is a fire-ban but we will compensate with dance and love.
This is a no-alcohol workshop so please leave that at home. I highly suggest making a trip to the headwaters for fresh Shasta spring water to bring to camp. So take a big empty jug or two with you (make sure to have lots of water).
